Synthetic data for illustration. The council, supplier and amounts are invented. A month with no published file is shown as missing, never as £0.00.

Why we built Axxo Intel

Councils publish a lot, and make it hard to use

Councils publish what they spend and what they award. The files arrive in different formats, on different schedules, with no central place to find them. For a supplier, turning that into a view of one council account has usually meant a spreadsheet that someone rebuilds by hand.

Account plans can rest on anecdote

Market sizing in an account plan can come from memory and habit. A commercial director who has to defend a number to a board needs to know where it came from, which council published it and when.

Missing data should look missing

Council data is often late, partial or absent. We show that. Where an answer is unknown, we say so, rather than printing a zero that looks like a finding.

Our mission

To give supplier commercial teams a clear view of where councils spend, where they take part, where the gaps are and where timing signals justify action, with the evidence behind every figure within reach.

Evidence before assertion

Every figure is observed, registered, derived by a stated method, or marked unavailable.

Unknown is not zero

Missing, stale and partial data stay visible. We never fill a gap with a zero.

Every number drills down

Open a figure and see the transactions or awards that produce it.

Estimates are labelled

Modelled figures never pass as recorded spend.
