- Each guide links the primary source behind its facts, with the date we read it.
- Each shows the date it was last reviewed.
- Where the Local Government Transparency Code covers England only, we say so. Notices cover the UK across Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.
- Statements that come from practice, not from a published text, are labelled as practice. The guides describe what published texts say and are not legal advice.
